Keg training


Another odd object that can be picked up to add another tool in your fitness tool box is the beer keg.

To get the gas out I used a spanner and levered it down onto the pressurised button like in the photo below



Then once all the pressure had been released I used a screwdriver and pushed the button down far enough, to allow me to pour
water into the barrel like in the photo below.


Once you release the button the keg is sealed and it is then time to use it in your workouts.
